This isn't really the beginning, but it is close to the beginning of my
trouble with AT&T. I need to vent, and I hope that others will
do the same. AT&T is a big company. I don't mean to be rude or
unkind, but somehow someone needs to get the message through to them
that they could do a little better with customer service. Maybe we can
do this together. (By the way my DSL service from AT&T is great, but
other things about AT&T are really bugging me.)
